Our Client Care Managers

Each region we service has a dedicated Client Care Manager to oversee the services provided to individual clients and partnering facilities. They work with families to match the perfect caregiver for their loved ones. Our Care Managers also provide periodic assessments on the level of care each of their clients are receiving. Our team also coordinate with several senior facilities to provide resources and training for their staff and residents.

 

Arnold Navarro
Senior Client Care Manager

Arnold Navarro - Senior Client Care Manager of 1Heart Caregiver Services Los AngelesArnold Navarro is the Senior Client Care Manager of 1Heart Caregiver Services. He serves as a regional liaison in all assigned competitive markets and is responsible for all respective cross functional teamwork duties. Arnold implements the company’s ‘Circle of Care’ unique concept performing as a senior advisory role between the elder client, their family members, conservators/ trustees and 1Heart CS support group and departments like human resource, staffing, billing, payroll and finance department. He manages and monitors periodically each case progress and caregiver’s work performance to consistently provide excellent senior care.

Arnold regularly performs as a Training facilitator to provide training to attendees of 1Heart CS Caregiver University and on-the-job training to caregivers and CNAs staff assigned in each case within his region. As a seasoned Client Care Manager, Arnold takes charge in field orientation and training of new Client Care Managers newly assigned in expansion area.

Arnold is equipped with 27 years of solid corporate experience including 18 years of experience holding various senior management and directorship positions for San Miguel Corporation, a multinational company engaged in manufacturing and international distribution in Asia. His skills in trade marketing, consumer promotions and advertising has helped him excel in his work for 1Heart.

Arnold graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from De La Salle University, Philippines.

 

Ruel Morales
Client Care Manager

Ruel Morales - Client Care Manager of 1Heart Caregiver ServicesA positive and strong-minded individual that works well under pressure, Ruel Morales has pursued his dreams of success in health care on the field of Pharmaceuticals starting as a Medical Representative for Bristol-Myers Squibb in the Philippines. Within a few years, his hard work and initiative to progress was rewarded by being assigned as a Regional Sales Manager for his area. During his 25 year tenure with Bristol Myers Squibb, Ruel was responsible for increasing sales by 60% in his assigned territory. His success didn’t stop there.

Ruel owned a small home care business for 12 years that proved successful in the US. He thought of joining 1Heart instead of continuing his business due to his immediate goal of going corporate and that his target of growth and success is aligned with 1Heart’s strong business goals. Ruel has made it his mission to propel 1Heart even closer to its vision of becoming one of the best home care agencies in the US and abroad.

Ruel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (graduated with honors – cum laude).

 


 

Jennifer Remigio
Staffing Manager

Jennifer Remigio - Staffing Manager of 1Heart Caregiver Services Los AngelesBehind that quiet countenance, is a dedicated team player and hardworking soul. Jennifer Remigio, our Staffing Manager, holds perhaps one of the most challenging positions in our company. She is responsible for the careful selection and matching of caregivers with the care recipients or our clients. Armed with over 15 years combined experience in Sales & Marketing and Human Resources in the pharmaceutical industry and banking Industry respectively, she has all the tools needed to efficiently match the best caregiver to satisfy the needs of our clients. Knowledge, patience, compassion, the sincere devotion to serve our clients and make them happy,–these are just some of the wonderful traits that Jennifer carries.

Moving up the ranks from a staffing coordinator to being a manager, Jennifer has this to say, ”Nothing is more rewarding than receiving a note or call from our client or their family, saying that they are so happy with the caregiver that we have matched them up with. Knowing that I have helped ease their life and given them peace of mind by finding the right person to help them at home makes my work something I look forward to every day.”

During her spare time, Jennifer enjoys her hobbies such as scrapbooking, candle making and loves organizing events for family and friends. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.

 

Carol Newman
Staffing Coordinator

Carol Newman - 1Heart Staffing CoordinatorThroughout her professional career, Carol’s work experiences have been about administering care to people across different ages and backgrounds. First, she was a faculty member for 5 years at the Lyceum of the Philippines. Then she was an ESL teacher for another 5 years at the International Catholic Migration Commission teaching Indo-Chinese refugees seeking US resettlement. Having had training in Montessori education, she was a member of the Board of Trustees, the Directress and, at the same time, a Pre-school teacher at the JMJ Montessori School in the Philippines for 20 years.

As 1Heart’s Staffing Coordinator, Carol has effectively resolved schedule changes and matched caregivers with our clients. Having worked as a Caregiver herself for some time has given her the insight and compassion to make sure that her goal is achieved each day – to place the right caregiver who meets the needs of our Care Recipient.

 

Charlie Baseleres
Marketing Services Coordinator

Charlie Baseleres - Marketing Services Coordinator of 1Heart Caregiver Services Los AngelesCharlie Baseleres graduated from University of Santo Tomas, one of the top universities in the Philippines, with a Bachelor’s Degree in AB Behavioral Science. She has more than ten years of progressive experience in most facets of Human Resources with focus on Compensation and Benefits. She worked for a large multinational oil company as a Global Expatriate Administrator for Asia-Pacific doing full-suite expatriation to repatriation processes. She also worked for one of the top multinational law firms handling HRBP Administration for the firm’s London office.

Her passion for Design, skill in Photoshop, and interest in Marketing has earned her role as Marketing Services Coordinator. Currently, she conceptualizes, designs and creates marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, etc.
