Romulo Castillo Jr
\nManaging Director<\/em><\/h4>\n

Prior to joining 1Heart Caregiver Services, Romulo spent several years with hospitality and legal management. He intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, bring them together into a coherent whole and helps others extend their thinking.<\/p>\n

He is distinguished by his ability to identify, leverage, and develop talent. He has a contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more valuable contributors to the company.<\/p>\n

He holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.<\/p>\n

Romulo loves music. He got his start like so many DJs before him \u2013 playing for friends at parties. Jeanette Castillo

With 20 years of experience in the accounting and management industry in the Philippines and Singapore, Jeanette is a competitive and committed person. She believes that being reliable and trustworthy brings out the best in you and the company. Her commitment to updating financial statements, paying monthly payroll and preparing financial reports makes the company\u2019s operations remarkable. Jeanette\u2019s passion for office management comes from her love for personal interaction and organizational excellence.<\/p>\n

Jeanette holds a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accountancy.<\/p>\n

As a Client Care Manager, with a deep passion for compassionate care and a commitment to enhancing the lives of our clients, he is here to ensure that you and your loved ones receive the highest quality of personalized home care services. Daniil is responsible for the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Conducting thorough assessments to understand client\u2019s needs and preferences.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborating closely with the team of dedicated caregivers to ensure a seamless and compassionate care experience.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Regularly reviewing and adjusting care plans to meet evolving needs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Serving as a constant point of contact for the client and family, providing guidance, answering questions, and addressing any concern.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Advocating for the well-being and ensuring that clients are receiving the best possible care.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Prior to joining the 1Heart team, Daniil had diverse background experiences as an Accountant for a restaurant chain. He has also experience as a bartender who completes specialized tasks to ensure the bar can provide high-quality drinks and service. He also progressively advanced his career as a bar manager who is responsible for handling administrative duties and ensuring that customers have a positive experience. On the side, he is a serious stocks trader.
