His journey into caregiving began after seeing the impact of compassionate care in his own family. He joined 1Heart to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their loved ones.

Snnjay Sharma holds certifications in senior care management and business operations. His leadership style centers on empathy, clear communications, and supporting staff with ongoing education. He believes that empowering caregivers creates better outcomes for families.

A long-time resident of Glendale, Snnjay Sharma is volunteering in different organizations like Kiwanis and Elks and participates in health education events. His passion for serving others is rooted in a personal mission to ensure every elderly person feels seen and respected.
