Armin also touches every aspect of operations and his organizational and \u201cpeople skills\u201d serve to advance 1Heart Caregiver Services\u2019 mission. Having experienced the joys and challenges of caring for her own aging family members, Bahar understood the importance of offering the right caregiver match and thorough attention to each client\u2019s needs. As 1Heart Staffing manager, Bahar is responsible for staffing the Home Health Aides with our Clients. The caregivers, Clients and Client\u2019s families have frequent interactions with Bahar regarding the schedules; she is also available to handle any concerns regarding the \u2018matching\u2019 of our caregivers with Clients.
