JOB DUTIES:

– Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
– Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall caregiver services experience;
– Conduct regular assessments and seek feedback to identify areas for improvement;
– Explore and implement technological solutions to streamline administrative processes, such as scheduling software and electronic record keeping systems;
– Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses related to caregiver services;
– Identify cost effective solutions without compromising service quality;
– Address and resolve conflicts or challenges within the caregivers and clients;
– Ensure accurate and secure management of client and caregiver information in the system implementing data privacy measures and compliance with confidentiality standards.

REQUIREMENTS: 2 year’s experience as an Administrative Manager, Administrative Director, Administrative Coordinator or related.

JOB SITE: 8383 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 800, Beverly Hills, CA 90211

HOURS: 9:00AM – 5:00 PM 40 HR WK

SALARY: $128357.00 Per Year
