Raymond De Guzman has a wealth of knowledge in Sales and Marketing due to his work experience in the Philippines and as an owner of a family enterprise. Having known about the potential growth of the senior care industry in the U.S. he set his sights on owning a home care company when he migrated here in 2015.
Raymond started by working in home care related industries for more than a year to learn the ropes of the business. When he felt confident that he has gained enough resources and industry knowledge he then decided to open his 1Heart location in Oceanside. He is very excited with his new 1Heart Caregiver Services location and he can’t wait to see it grow into one of the biggest 1Heart home care agencies in the region.
