Priscilla is the Managing Director of 1Heart Caregiver Services in Scottsdale, bringing over two decades of experience in senior care and a lifelong dedication to serving others.

Her journey in the home care industry began in 2004 in Orange County, California, where she developed a deep understanding of the needs of seniors and the importance of compassionate, reliable care. For Priscilla, caregiving has never been just a profession, it has always been a calling rooted in empathy, patience, and genuine human connection.

Throughout her career, Priscilla has been driven by a simple but powerful mission: to make life more meaningful for seniors in their golden years. She believes that every individual deserves to age with dignity, comfort, and respect, while continuing to experience joy, independence, and a sense of well-being.

At 1Heart, Priscilla leads with both experience and heart, ensuring that every client receives personalized care that enhances not only their health, but also their quality of life. Managing Director

David is an entrepreneur with a deep personal connection to the home care industry and a genuine passion for helping families receive the support they deserve.

Growing up, caregiving was not just a profession in David’s family — it was a way of life. His mother worked as a caregiver, and through her dedication and hard work, their family was able to navigate and overcome daily challenges. That experience gave David a firsthand understanding of the value, sacrifice, and impact that caregivers bring into people’s lives.

Today, that same passion for care continues within his family. His siblings pursued careers in nursing, driven by a shared commitment to helping others. While David chose a different path, his strength lies in building and leading service-oriented teams. He has developed a strong ability to identify, support, and manage caregivers, ensuring that every client is matched with individuals who are not only qualified, but genuinely compassionate.

David is committed to delivering dependable, high-quality care by combining his personal values with a structured, operations-driven approach. He understands that families are placing their trust in his team during important and often vulnerable moments, and he takes that responsibility seriously.

His mission is simple: to build a team of caregivers who treat every client with the same level of care, respect, and dedication that his own family has always believed in.
