Carlos Lopez is a seasoned healthcare professional and dedicated caregiver with over 20 years of experience in senior care, staffing, and healthcare operations. As Managing Director of 1Heart Caregiver Services in Sunnyvale, CA, he leads with a mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care that enhances the lives of seniors and their families.

Carlos’s commitment to caregiving began with his own family, caring full-time for his mother and grandmother. That personal experience evolved into a career focused on caregiver recruitment, training, and workforce development.

In addition to hands-on caregiving, Carlos has led operations in medical supply and staffing companies, including Commodex America and Abacus, bringing valuable business insight to the healthcare space. His expertise ensures both caring service and professional standards for every client.

Carlos holds a Business Management degree from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines, and certifications in dementia care, caregiver training, and healthcare logistics. He is also a committed member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and the Secular Franciscan Order, reflecting his lifelong dedication to service and community.
