As the Managing Director of 1Heart Caregiver Services – Fullerton, she brings invaluable experience and a profound commitment to the well-being of seniors and their families. But her journey doesn’t stop there – Cesi is also a proud Navy Veteran, having served her country with honor and distinction.
Her path into caregiving was influenced by her own family’s experiences with aging loved ones, instilling in her a deep sense of empathy and compassion. As Managing Director, Cesi leads by example, ensuring that the values of integrity, compassion, and excellence are upheld in every aspect of the organization.
Cesi’s service in the Navy reflects her dedication to a life of service and purpose. Her time in the military has equipped her with invaluable leadership skills and a strong sense of discipline, which she brings to her role at 1Heart Caregiver Services – Fullerton.

Cheramy has always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. My journey took a profound turn when I joined 1Heart Caregiving Agency, where I’m dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to those in need. What motivates me is the opportunity to make tangible difference in the lives of others, just as I’ve seen loved ones do for my own family members.
With her technical background, She brings a detail-oriented approach to caregiving, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and care. As a financial advisor, She honed her ability to navigate complex systems and advocate for those she serve. Her leadership qualities, such as empathy, active listening, and problem solving, enable her to bring strong relationships with clients and their families.
At 1Heart, my expertise in care planning and coordination allows me to develop tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each client. I’m passionate about empowering client to maintain their independence and dignity, while also providing support and companionship.
A personal experience that inspires her was caring for her father-in-law and mother-in-law, who lived with diabetes and dementia. Witnessing their struggles and triumphs taught her the value of patience, understanding, and compassion. She’s committed to bringing that same level of care and devotion to every client she serve.
