Kamran Ghasri
CEO

Kamran Ghasri has been in the senior care industry for some time and has an extensive background in entrepreneurship. He was the first one to join the 1Heart Caregiver Services franchise family in March of 2015 and established a new office in Beverly Hills later that year.

Since that time, Kamran has developed his 1Heart agency as a reliable, premium care provider to the Beverly Hills senior community. Kamran is passionate about providing the best care for seniors and has also been volunteering his time and energy in several different causes to improve their quality of life.

Alfonso ‘VG’ De Leon
Client Care Manager

VG began his career with 1Heart in 2018 as a Client Care Manager for the Los Angeles office providing elderly care in the San Gabriel Valley area. With his go-get attitude and determination, VG was able to establish a good relationship with referral sources in a very challenging market. His success has earned him an opportunity to manage territories covered by the Beverly Hills office in 2019.

VG is continually building relationships with referral sources in the area and has successfully penetrated the market by making himself known to the community. During his free time, VG will put family first. VG enjoys watching basketball games. He is a die-hard Laker fan. Growing up with his grandmother, VG believes in caring for the elders which to him embodies an effective client care manager.
