Managing Director / Client Care Manager
Niño Lim is the Managing Director and Client Care Manager of 1Heart Caregiver Services Chino Hills, CA office. He brings a dynamic blend of experience in sales, marketing and leadership. Prior to joining the 1Heart Team, Niño had a 15 years of customer service experience, he has developed a strong foundation in client relations, team management and brand communication. Known for his approachable demeanor and innovative mindset, Niño plays a key role in connecting families with the compassionate care they deserve. His expertise in client management and marketing strategy continues to strengthen 1Heart’s presence in the community-ensuring each interaction is marked by empathy, excellence and trust. When not at work, Niño enjoys playing online games.
Michelle Anne Destura – Lim
Director of Operations
Michelle is an experienced entrepreneur, a skilled financial professional with a strong foundation in the finance industry for almost 15 years, bringing years of experience in financial services and operations management to her role as a Director of Operations at 1Heart. Michelle has successfully collaborated with stakeholders, financial institutions based in Southeast Asia, Australia, United States and Europe.
Her career has been defined by her ability to translate corporate expertise into practical, impactful strategies that drive growth and efficiency. At 1Heart, Michelle focuses on daily operations, finance and strategic planning—ensuring the organization remains operationally sound while consistently delivering high-quality care. Her detail oriented leadership combined with a passion for continuous improvement, allows the team to thrive behind the scenes so clients receive the best support possible. Her passion is to travel abroad and enjoys road trips with her family.
Rhea Cruz – Magpantay, LVN
Operations Manager
Rhea’s passion for caregiving spans both her personal & professional life. At a personal level, Rhea has been the primary caregiver to her son who was born with a congenital heart defect, and her dad who has battled a few rounds of cancer. Professionally, Rhea is a licensed nurse. She has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience working on various frontline and administrative functions. Rhea’s insight into the challenges associated with caregiving is the primary driver behind her desire to give back to the community. As the Operations Manager of 1Heart Caregiver Services Chino Hills, CA office, Rhea is positioned well to lead her team in delivering the best-in-class caregiver experience directly to clients and business partners in Chino Valley. As an Operations Manager, Rhea oversees the overall operations and care delivery strategy of 1Heart Caregiver Services Chino Hills. In 2022, Caregiving.com recognized Rhea with the Caregiving Visionary Award. In her spare time, Rhea likes to travel, hike, and try out new restaurants.
