Claudine Atilano-Coffin is the Managing Director for 1Heart Caregiver Services in Henderson, Nevada. She is the senior, full-time responsible for every aspect of the company’s processes and oversees its overall performance. She graduated as Bachelor of Science in PT, worked in Memphis, TN, and Colorado Springs, CO, since 2001, moved to San Diego last 2015 as a homemaker with 4 handsome boys and decided to venture in home care business last 2020 until the present.

To own a home care business is a dream. She welcomes challenges with a smile and embraces all the learnings and experiences with passion. Her heart is full when she is able to provide quality services to anyone in need. For Claudine, service is human nature.

Meet Philly, the Director of Operations at 1Heart Caregiver Services in Henderson, Nevada. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over a decade of experience spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Administration, Philly brings a well-rounded skill set to our team.

As the Director of Operations, Philly oversees and leads all aspects of business at our Henderson site. Working hand in hand with the Managing Director, she ensures our mission and vision seamlessly integrate into our day-to-day operations. Whether enhancing customer service or crafting strategic plans, Philly’s skillset and capabilities not only keep our facility running like clockwork but also elevate our operational standards.

Her steadfast commitment to quality and adeptness in resolving challenges make her an indispensable asset. With Philly spearheading our operational efforts, 1Heart Caregiver Services continues to fulfill its pledge of providing exceptional and top-notch care to the elderly in our community.
