1Heart Caregiver Services is an in-home care agency that specializes in providing caregiving services to the elderly and other adults who require some assistance in meeting their healthcare needs.
We understand that caring for older adults and individuals with disabilities requires the presence of a caregiver who is not only experienced and trained but also trustworthy, honest and sensitive to the needs of her care recipient. Our caregivers are trained to work in conjunction with other professional service providers and to become first line reporters of changes in the client’s condition.
Our innovative team approach is designed to address the specific needs of our clients and their families. We explore possibilities instead of focusing on limitations. Our caregivers are carefully matched to ensure they are an appropriate fit for the individual whose care they are responsible for.
Our caregivers are employees who are bonded, insured, health cleared and background checked.
Yet, like most immigrants who came to this country, Belina felt that moving to the United States was the best decision she could make for her family even though this meant being away from her parents who were now approaching their golden years.
The guilt and sadness of being far away and not being able to take care of her mother was frustrating but finding a reliable caregiver gave her the peace of mind that her mom was taken care of by someone who really cared for her.
The realization that other people have to cope with the same unfortunate situation inspired Belina to provide families with the peace of mind that even in their absence, their loved one was in good hands. Shortly after her mom’s passing, she started 1Heart, a company that was founded on a commitment that no one has to feel the frustration of not being there for their aging parents.
Since its inception, the 1Heart family of caregivers continue to provide reliable, responsible and professional in home care to every person they care for. This is her way of giving back to mom the love and care that she wasn’t able to give in person because of the distance that separated them.

Our team is comprised of Staffing and Client Care Managers who will work closely with you starting with the initial Assessment, making the Plan of Care and carefully selecting the perfect caregivers to suit the needs, interests and preferences of your loved one.

Armin has over 20 years of successful experience in management and business development. Armin’s leadership guides the operations for 1Heart Caregiver Services – maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and the communities in which we serve. Armin also touches every aspect of operations and his organizational and “people skills” serve to advance 1Heart Caregiver Services’ mission. He is very excited with his new 1Heart Caregiver Services location and he can’t wait to see it grow into one of the biggest 1Heart home care agencies in the region.

Having experienced the joys and challenges of caring for her own aging family members, Bahar understood the importance of offering the right caregiver match and thorough attention to each client’s needs. As 1Heart Staffing manager, Bahar is responsible for staffing the Home Health Aides with our Clients. The caregivers, Clients and Client’s families have frequent interactions with Bahar regarding the schedules; she is also available to handle any concerns regarding the ‘matching’ of our caregivers with Clients. Bahar is exceptionally resourceful in her efforts to create a schedule that meets everyone’s needs.
