Managing Director

With many years of experience as a business owner, athletic coach, and having held different positions in management and the Board of Directors of a sugar planters association, Robb as he is known, brings with him the same passion and commitment to success through hard work and service.

Coming from a close-knit family where care and love for each other is what matters most, he aims to share the same love and care to everyone in the 1Heart family – the management, the caregivers, the partners in the industry and most especially the clients and their families.

Upholding and adhering to 1Heart’s Core Values of Excellence, Integrity and Heart shall be his main goal in providing Quality Care to the seniors and the residents of Long Beach, Lakewood, Surfside, Signal Hill, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Hawaiian Gardens, Garden Grove and Cypress.

Ma. Gisella Janina S. Tan
Payroll & Billing Administrator

A former Trial Court Judge with almost two decades of work experience in the legal profession, Giselle is a hardworking, passionate, and highly motivated person. Despite her seemingly strict and austere demeanor, she shows compassion with a motherly love and care to all she meets and works with.

Having experienced firsthand the care and compassion of caregivers who took care of her ailing father, she wants to share the same experience of love and concern to those needing care and help alleviate the family as well.

Living up to 1Heart’s mission statement of providing high quality in-home care through a client-centered and service-oriented approach, one heart, one smile, one family at a time shall be her driving force and motivation.

She holds a Juris Doctor degree and is a member of the Philippine Bar.
