Sultan has over three decades of leadership experience across humanitarian response, program management, and community-focused initiatives. His professional journey includes senior roles with the United Nations World Food Programme, where he led complex operations serving vulnerable populations across multiple regions.

Throughout his career, Sultan has focused on building mission-driven organizations rooted in integrity, accountability, and long-term impact. He has overseen large multidisciplinary teams, managed emergency and recovery programs, and worked closely with government agencies, donors, and local communities to deliver compassionate, people-centered solutions. His leadership approach emphasizes empathy, strong systems, and empowering teams to serve with dignity and respect.
