1Heart Caregiver Services is an in-home care agency that specializes in providing caregiving services to the elderly and other adults who require some assistance in meeting their healthcare needs.
We understand that caring for older adults and individuals with disabilities requires the presence of a caregiver who is not only experienced and trained but also trustworthy, honest and sensitive to the needs of her care recipient. Our caregivers are trained to work in conjunction with other professional service providers and to become first line reporters of changes in the client’s condition.
Our innovative team approach is designed to address the specific needs of our clients and their families. We explore possibilities instead of focusing on limitations. Our caregivers are carefully matched to ensure they are an appropriate fit for the individual whose care they are responsible for.
Our caregivers are employees who are bonded, insured, health cleared and background checked.
Yet, like most immigrants who came to this country, Belina felt that moving to the United States was the best decision she could make for her family even though this meant being away from her parents who were now approaching their golden years.
The guilt and sadness of being far away and not being able to take care of her mother was frustrating but finding a reliable caregiver gave her the peace of mind that her mom was taken care of by someone who really cared for her.
The realization that other people have to cope with the same unfortunate situation inspired Belina to provide families with the peace of mind that even in their absence, their loved one was in good hands. Shortly after her mom’s passing, she started 1Heart, a company that was founded on a commitment that no one has to feel the frustration of not being there for their aging parents.
Since its inception, the 1Heart family of caregivers continue to provide reliable, responsible and professional in home care to every person they care for. This is her way of giving back to mom the love and care that she wasn’t able to give in person because of the distance that separated them.

Our team is comprised of Staffing and Client Care Managers who will work closely with you starting with the initial Assessment, making the Plan of Care and carefully selecting the perfect caregivers to suit the needs, interests and preferences of your loved one.
We are constantly operating with professionalism, accountability, reliability, and carrying out processes efficiently with a sense of initiative and interdependence while delivering results with the highest standards possible.

With twenty years of experience in research and development, management systems, quality assurance programs, and compliance certifications from reputable certification bodies in the Philippines, Singapore, and New Zealand, Marianne Edradan has amassed a wealth of knowledge in the food manufacturing industry.
Because she believes that “actions are more significant than words,” she is a very productive, dependable, and driven individual who brings out the best in every circumstance by maintaining an optimistic outlook, concentrating on finding solutions, and taking decisive action.
As a working scholar, Marianne finished her studies at the prestigious University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology. Despite having to work for the school to earn her degree, she was still able to finish her 4-year course on time, of which she is most proud.
Aside from her grandmother, who she admired for her courage and insight as she grew up, she was motivated by her nine siblings and extended family members to start her own home care business, which will provide superior care for senior citizens who desire to be treated and looked after like family. This opportunity also let her realize how satisfying and fulfilling it can be to serve people, especially the elderly, and to provide jobs for those who share her passion and commitment.
