Before 1Heart, Cielo was a Recruitment Leader who oversaw and ran 2 full-service recruitment sites of the biggest Business Process Outsourcing company in the Philippines where she worked for at least 10 years. The company supports various business verticals such as Healthcare, Collections, Financial, Sales, Technical, and Customer Service. Seeing the demand for senior home care and having been inspired by the long-term goal of applying her recruitment expertise in managing her own business, she decided to invest her retirement in the L.A. South Bay location of 1Heart Caregiver Services. Cielo was raised in an environment with a strong culture of compassion, integrity, honesty, and community responsibility and social awareness. She wishes to bring the same culture and atmosphere to her senior care business endeavors.
