1Heart Caregiver Services is an in-home care agency that specializes in providing caregiving services to the elderly and other adults who require some assistance in meeting their healthcare needs.
We understand that the vulnerability of the frail, elderly, or disabled individual requires the presence of a caregiver who is not only experienced and trained but also trustworthy, honest and sensitive to the needs of her care recipient. Our caregivers are trained to work in conjunction with other professional service providers and to become first line reporters of changes in the client’s condition.
Our innovative team approach is designed to address the specific needs of our clients and their families. We explore possibilities instead of focusing on limitations. Our caregivers are carefully matched to ensure they are an appropriate fit for the individual whose care they are responsible for.
Our caregivers are employees who are bonded, insured, health cleared and background checked.
Yet, like most immigrants who came to this country, Belina felt that moving to the United States was the best decision she could make for her family even though this meant being away from her parents who were now approaching their golden years.
The guilt and sadness of being far away and not being able to take care of her mother was frustrating but finding a reliable caregiver gave her the peace of mind that her mom was taken care of by someone who really cared for her.
The realization that other people have to cope with the same unfortunate situation inspired Belina to provide families with the peace of mind that even in their absence, their loved one was in good hands. Shortly after her mom’s passing, she started 1Heart, a company that was founded on a commitment that no one has to feel the frustration of not being there for their aging parents.
Since its inception, the 1Heart family of caregivers continue to provide reliable, responsible and professional in home care to every person they care for. This is her way of giving back to mom the love and care that she wasn’t able to give in person because of the distance that separated them.

He transitioned into senior care with the purpose of applying structured leadership to a field centered on compassion, trust, and human connection.
Throughout his career, Eduardo has overseen operations, financial controls, and strategic initiatives that supported sustainable growth and service excellence. He has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams, implementing efficient systems, and strengthening internal processes. Eduardo’s leadership style emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and respect for both clients and staff. He believes that well-supported teams are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality care. His approach combines operational discipline with a genuine commitment to people.
