Vanessa has over six years of nursing experience across hospital, home health, and perioperative care settings. As a Registered Nurse and healthcare leader, Vanessa was drawn to 1Heart by her passion for compassionate, patient-centered care and her desire to support individuals and families in meaningful, everyday ways.
Throughout her career, Vanessa has served in leadership roles across multiple healthcare systems, including VA medical centers, where she supported quality improvement initiatives, staff mentorship, and patient-centered innovation. Her clinical background spans pre-operative care, recovery services, pediatric and adult care, and in-home nursing, giving her a strong understanding of both medical and non-medical caregiving needs. Vanessa leads with empathy, clear communication, and a commitment to empowering caregivers to deliver exceptional care.
Serving the Windermere and surrounding Central Florida communities, Vanessa is dedicated to helping clients maintain dignity, comfort, and independence at home. She is honored to lead 1Heart Caregiver Services Windermere and remains committed to caring for families with compassion, integrity, and heart.
Jean Pierre Del Valle

Jean Pierre has a strong background in healthcare and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. His journey into caregiving was shaped by years of hands-on experience working directly with individuals to improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. He is driven by a desire to ensure that clients and families feel supported, informed, and confident in the care they receive.
Throughout his career, Jean Pierre has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including outpatient rehabilitation centers, home health care, and hospital-based medical and sports rehabilitation programs. He has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs and is knowledgeable in therapeutic approaches such as strength and balance training, rehabilitation support, and functional mobility assistance. In addition to his clinical background, Jean Pierre has held leadership roles focused on staff training, care coordination, and safety compliance, helping maintain high standards of service and accountability.
