Our mission is to provide high quality in-home care through a client-centered and service-oriented approach, one heart, one smile, one family at a time.
1Heart Caregiver Services is an in-home care agency that specializes in providing caregiving services to the elderly and other adults who require some assistance in meeting their healthcare needs.
We understand that caring for older adults and individuals with disabilities requires the presence of a caregiver who is not only experienced and trained but also trustworthy, honest and sensitive to the needs of her care recipient. Our caregivers are trained to work in conjunction with other professional service providers and to become first line reporters of changes in the client’s condition.
Our innovative team approach is designed to address the specific needs of our clients and their families. We explore possibilities instead of focusing on limitations. Our caregivers are carefully matched to ensure they are an appropriate fit for the individual whose care they are responsible for.
Our caregivers are employees who are bonded, insured, health cleared and background checked.
Yet, like most immigrants who came to this country, Belina felt that moving to the United States was the best decision she could make for her family even though this meant being away from her parents who were now approaching their golden years.
The guilt and sadness of being far away and not being able to take care of her mother was frustrating but finding a reliable caregiver gave her the peace of mind that her mom was taken care of by someone who really cared for her.
The realization that other people have to cope with the same unfortunate situation inspired Belina to provide families with the peace of mind that even in their absence, their loved one was in good hands. Shortly after her mom’s passing, she started 1Heart, a company that was founded on a commitment that no one has to feel the frustration of not being there for their aging parents.
Since its inception, the 1Heart family of caregivers continue to provide reliable, responsible and professional in home care to every person they care for. This is her way of giving back to mom the love and care that she wasn’t able to give in person because of the distance that separated them.

Senior Client Care Manager
A positive and strong-minded individual that works well under pressure, Ruel Morales has pursued his dreams of success in health care during his tenure with different pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines. Within a few years, his hard work and initiative to progress was rewarded by being assigned as a Regional Sales Manager for his area. And during his 25 year tenure, Ruel was responsible for increasing sales in his assigned territory. His success didn’t stop there.
Ruel owned a home care business for 12 years that proved successful in the US. He thought of joining 1Heart instead of continuing his business due to his immediate goal of going corporate and that his target of growth and success is aligned with 1Heart’s strong business goals. Ruel has made it his mission to propel 1Heart even closer to its vision of becoming one of the best home care agencies in the US and abroad.
Ruel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (graduated with honors – cum laude).
Client Care Manager
Patty, a skilled banker for more than twenty years, now engaged in Home Care Industry who is adept in implementing business strategies and marketing sales program (maximizing profitability, attaining volume targets and corporate goals, while minimizing costs and expenditures) by ensuring operating efficiency and quality service delivery, consistent with the established policies and procedures.
Her ability to connect with people is what makes her a successful Client Care Manager . The most important part that she learned while working with different clients has been to understand and deliver what matters most to them.
AJ offers vast global experience in banking, pharmaceutical sales and customer relations.
As a Client Care Manager (CCM) at 1Heart Caregiver Services, he offers his passion in providing quality customer satisfaction that is rooted in his belief that each client deserves excellent and outstanding service.
Prior to joining 1 heart, Aurelio worked as medical representative in the Philippines before shortly expanding to Dubai.
AJ holds a degree in Management Accounting from University of San Carlos (USC)in the Philippines and a Certificate in Computerized Accounting from Los Angeles Pacific College (LAPC) in Los Angeles, California.
