At a personal level, Rhea has been the primary caregiver to her son who was born with a congenital heart defect, and her dad who has battled a few rounds of cancer. Professionally, Rhea is a licensed nurse. She has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience working on various frontline and administrative functions. Rhea’s insight into the challenges associated with caregiving is the primary driver behind her desire to give back to the community. As the Managing Director of 1Heart Caregiver Services Pasadena, CA office, Rhea is positioned well to lead her team in delivering the best-in-class caregiver experience directly to clients and business partners in the San Gabriel Valley. As Managing Director, Rhea oversees the overall operations and care delivery strategy of 1Heart Caregiver Services throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
