About Us

1Heart Caregiver Services is a senior home care agency specializing in caregiving services to the elderly and other adults who do not need nursing home care but do require some assistance with instrumental activities of daily living and activities of daily living.
It is our mission to provide high-quality and reliable compassionate care to our clients. We understand that the vulnerability of the elderly or disabled individual requires the presence of a caregiver who is not only experienced and trained but also trustworthy, honest and sensitive to the needs of the client, becoming first line reporters of changes in the client’s condition.
Our innovative team approach is designed to meet the unique needs of each client and their family. We focus on possibilities rather than limitations. All of our caregivers are trained in our signature 1HEART Cognitive Wellness Method, a science-based program developed to support brain health and enhance the overall quality of life for every client.
In addition, every caregiver is bonded, insured, and carefully screened through criminal, health, and background checks, and matched to ensure the best fit for each client. They demonstrate sensitivity, tact, sound judgment, flexibility, patience, dedication, stamina, and strong communication skills — all essential qualities of a professional caregiver. Most importantly, our caregivers truly care about the well-being of those they serve.
