About Us - South Bay

The South Bay location of 1Heart Caregiver Services was started by Cielo Villamor and Gino Villamor as a way to simultaneously serve their growing senior community and the growing number of caregiving professionals in the region. A series of beautiful coincidences led them to cross paths with 1Heart, and since then they have continued to grow their business while caring for a place they consider “One of the most progressive and homiest places in California.”

While Cielo and Gino both had decades of experience in the business world before starting the South Bay location, this was their first time starting a franchise location and with that there was lots to learn. Fortunately, they had the 1Heart team to lean on to provide the help they needed. They noted that “One of the best things about this opportunity is the amazing support from the 1Heart team. Quite literally nothing would have been possible without the tried and tested system they have in place.”

All of our caregivers are also bonded, insured, and triple checked (criminal, health, and background). To ensure peace of mind, you get to interview and select your own caregiver. Our caregivers also have great flexibility, patience, dedication, stamina, and communication skills.
