Managing Director

Before 1Heart, Cielo was a Recruitment Leader who oversaw and ran 2 full-service recruitment sites of the biggest Business Process Outsourcing company in the Philippines where she worked for at least 10 years. The company supports various business verticals such as Healthcare, Collections, Financial, Sales, Technical, and Customer Service. Seeing the demand for senior home care and having been inspired by the long-term goal of applying her recruitment expertise in managing her own business, she decided to invest her retirement in the L.A. South Bay location of 1Heart Caregiver Services. Cielo was raised in an environment with a strong culture of compassion, integrity, honesty, and community responsibility and social awareness. She wishes to bring the same culture and atmosphere to her senior care business endeavors.

Gino Villamor
Client Care Manager

For at least 13 years starting in the mid-2000s, Client Satisfaction and Service Delivery Excellence has consistently been the central theme of Gino’s progressive career in Volume Manpower Talent Acquisition for the Philippine Offshore Client Support Industry. After starting out in frontline client support handling various business disciplines in his first 3 years, he shifted to HR Recruitment as a Volume Manpower Recruiter as an intentional career change upon seeing how attracting and screening the right talent was critical in keeping the industry sustainable. It was in this line of work where he took on targeted-selection interviewing, marketing, candidate sourcing, office, and people-management functions for various U.S.-based companies for the next 10 years.

A series of circumstance changes in recent years—mainly a growing family—pointed him to Los Angeles, California where he sought to find opportunities to run his own enterprise. It was on this path where he came across South L.A. home care industry veteran, 1Heart Caregiver Services, where he immediately saw a calling to apply his expertise in service delivery through manpower talent management, allowing him to simultaneously serve the growing senior community and the growing number of caregiving professionals in the region.

Having lived through a culture where family-like hospitality is innate, Gino has made it his personal mission to share this abundantly in the South Bay community the 1Heart way. When he’s not out drafting a care plan for his clients, Gino listens to and plays the Blues in front of an audience or at home with his 3 beautiful children and even more beautiful wife.
