1Heart Caregiver Services is an in-home care agency that specializes in providing caregiving services to the elderly and other adults who require some assistance in meeting their healthcare needs.
We understand that caring for older adults and individuals with disabilities requires the presence of a caregiver who is not only experienced and trained but also trustworthy, honest and sensitive to the needs of her care recipient. Our caregivers are trained to work in conjunction with other professional service providers and to become first line reporters of changes in the client’s condition.
Our innovative team approach is designed to address the specific needs of our clients and their families. We explore possibilities instead of focusing on limitations. Our caregivers are carefully matched to ensure they are an appropriate fit for the individual whose care they are responsible for.
Our caregivers are employees who are bonded, insured, health cleared and background checked.
Yet, like most immigrants who came to this country, Belina felt that moving to the United States was the best decision she could make for her family even though this meant being away from her parents who were now approaching their golden years.
The guilt and sadness of being far away and not being able to take care of her mother was frustrating but finding a reliable caregiver gave her the peace of mind that her mom was taken care of by someone who really cared for her.
The realization that other people have to cope with the same unfortunate situation inspired Belina to provide families with the peace of mind that even in their absence, their loved one was in good hands. Shortly after her mom’s passing, she started 1Heart, a company that was founded on a commitment that no one has to feel the frustration of not being there for their aging parents.
Since its inception, the 1Heart family of caregivers continue to provide reliable, responsible and professional in home care to every person they care for. This is her way of giving back to mom the love and care that she wasn’t able to give in person because of the distance that separated them.

Managing Director
Sai brings a strong background in leadership, operations, and service-oriented industries to his role as Managing Director of 1Heart Caregiver Services in Southlake, Texas. While his career began in the cybersecurity sector where attention to detail, trust, and protection are paramount, his deeper calling has always been centered around people and purpose.
Having grown up in a multigenerational household, Sai experienced firsthand the love, responsibility, and challenges that come with caring for aging family members. Those early life experiences deeply shaped his values and planted the seed for his future in caregiving. For Sai, launching a 1Heart franchise wasn’t just a business decision, it was a personal mission to provide the kind of care and peace of mind every family deserves.
As Managing Director, Sai leads with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to the highest standards of service. He is proud to bring 1Heart’s “Care Like Family” philosophy to the communities of Southlake, Flower Mound, Lake Dallas, Lewisville, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, and Roanoke ensuring seniors and their families receive the compassionate care and support they need.
