On October 17, 2015, in line with its advocacy for senior care and health education 1Heart Caregiver Services participated in the Susan Geffen’s Event entitled “Raising up Your Parents” which was held at the Newport Beach Hyatt Hotel in Newport Beach, California. More than 100 attendees comprised of seniors and their families were present to listen to Susan Geffen’s symposium on the most important topics and issues on the elderly and how to plan for and cope with these challenges.
Present at the event were the Orange County’s Finance Director – Merle Dienzo, Training and Communications – Fed Noarbe and HR Director – Binky Wormald and 1Heart Caregiver Services Los Angeles team headed by Arnold Navarro our Senior Client Care Manager who assisted the OC group.
Merle was appreciative of 1Heart Caregiver Services Los Angeles’ assistance since they started their Orange County agency.
“The Corporate Office has been very supportive of us from the onset of our Franchise. For their support and participation all throughout this Event, and most especially with the introduction of our local office in Orange County to the guests, we are very thankful” says Merle.
Binky was also very thankful for the support from the 1Heart Caregiver Services Los Angeles team and for the very informative presentation by Susan Geffen.
“1Heart was with us throughout the event and Susan Geffen was an amazing speaker. Her symposium provided us with all the information the seniors and their families need to better understand and cope with the challenges posed by elderly care in the family and the community.” adds Binky.
