1Heart Caregiver Services end the first quarter of the year with the training of new hires through its 1Heart Caregiver University Induction Training. 1Heart also celebrates its franchising expansion as it acquires new state registration with Minnesota.

Due to its rapid expansion, 1Heart Caregiver Services has started to hire more caregivers, staffing personnel, and marketing managers, franchise sales managers, public relations personnel and care managers within the Greater Los Angeles area. In line with this expansion the company’s training institution, 1Heart Caregiver University has firmed up its training program and modules to assist with its mission to provide quality in-home care through a client-centered and service-oriented approach.

1Heart Caregiver University conducted its latest inductive training for the month of March last Friday the 27th to some newly graduates of CNA schools and well-experienced caregivers within Los Angeles area. 1Heart Caregiver Services are sending some attendees to their on-the-job training and orientation to a senior facility and private cases that they will work for.

1Heart Caregiver Services is one of the few in-home care service companies in Southern California that extensively trains its caregivers through its own “1Heart Caregiver University” For the past 4 years the company has trained over 500 of its in-house caregiver staff and senior living facility staff as requested by allied partners in the senior living communities.

Attendees of 1Heart Caregiver University have acquired new skills that would greatly benefit their ability to perform their caregiving duties. Many of the participants have found the training to be effective in teaching 1Hearts methodology and processes, while keeping in line with company standards, service philosophy and core values. The company has found that conducting an in-house training program has enabled them to reliably place dependable CNA and experienced caregivers to its many of its clients.

The professional development training session is part of 1Heart’s continuing education program dedicated to ensure that the best form of care is provided by the company. Both 1Heart Caregiver University and 1Heart Business Academy has focused on its training programs to help build a solid organization within 1Heart Caregiver Services. Its training program has helped all its caregivers and corporate staff to perform excellent work while continuing to push 1Heart in becoming the market leader in in-home care. Recently, 1Heart Caregiver Services had been licensed to expand its franchising operations in Minnesota, being one step closer in achieving its goal in becoming a leading nationwide company.
