As the Managing Director of 1Heart Caregivers-Burbank, Cecilia is responsible for creating an environment of trust between the clients, the client’s families, and our caregivers. Cecilia will maintain high visibility, build credibility, and develop professional relationships within the local community partners to be the first choice for home care services.

Cecilia brings with her 20+ years of retail management experience, working with several big-box retail giants like Macy’s, Kohls, Sears, to name a few. Cecilia managed multi-million dollar business as Store Director, District Trainer, Multi-Unit Manager and managed teams of managers with up to 500 employees.

Cecilia is a seasoned, success-driven, and goal-oriented professional with a proven track record of success in driving revenue, market share, and unit growth in the retail industry; complemented with strong leadership skills. Cecilia brings a solid work ethic with hard-earned reputation and proven ability to deliver top-quality service at all times. Cecilia is an effective negotiator and communicator, with outstanding ability to secure transactions and build long-term relationships with key clients and partners to expand client base.
