Franchise Marketing Manager
Encino, CA Full-time

Job Duties:

-Identify, develop, and assess upstream and downstream marketing plans or strategies, multimedia, and activity efforts;- Formulate, direct, coordinate and conduct marketing activities and competitive analysis to keep the franchise business highly competitive;- Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings to develop strategic and tactical initiatives for the franchise;- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend modifications related to branding, on ground activations and online presence;- Negotiate contracts for suppliers needed for merchandising and advertising;- Advise and lead franchisees into forging partnerships with other groups on local, national, or international factors affecting the business and establish contacts with various resource speakers for awareness and campaign liked promotional activities, events or trade shows, etc; – Track the performance of franchisees , compile data, and analyze their marketing efforts if aligned with the Franchise company;- Collaborate with subject matter experts within the company to ensure franchise owners have current information that will positively impact the revenue of their businesses;- Work with franchisees to ensure they are executing lead generation according to the Franchisor’s standards;- Monitor external affairs or events affecting the franchise business operations

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration
or related.

Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00 PM 40 HR WK

Salary: $98654.00 Per Year
