Job Duties:

• Assist with walking and light exercise;
• Plan and prepare meals, followed by cleanup;
• Light housekeeping to include making beds and change linens, as needed;
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming;
• Engage in physical and mental exercises
• Provide medication reminders and administer oral medications as directed by a physician
• Maintain calendar and help keep appointments with doctors
• Engage in activities (T.V. game shows, Painting, memory books) and serve as a companion
• Maintain Records of Patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to family members
• Provide Patient with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.

Requirements:

6 months experience as a Caretaker
