Job Duties:
· Assist the Marketing Manager in gathering sales reports and data analysis;
· Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation, analysis, launch, and execution of the monthly marketing campaigns;
· Collaborate with the sales team in conceptualizing marketing plans and campaign strategies;
· Conduct market research to gather information for the Company’s MIS (Management Information System) of the healthcare industry to provide relevant information that would help in the formulation of marketing plans and activities. Update competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports;
· Organize and source resource speakers, trainers and vendors for Facility presentations, seminars and other activities that the Agency provides to the RCFEs ( Residential Care Facilities);
. Prepare mailers, brochures, info sheets by formatting content and graphics; – Assist Client Care Managers in promoting for the company’s services in distributing seasonal campaign materials;
. Assist in preparing departmental and training presentation materials for the 1Heart Caregiver University and 1Heart Business Academy;
. Facilitate and coordinate presentation materials during sales meetings and caregiver training events

Requirements:
2 years experience as a Marketing Assistant or related

Job Site: Tarzana, CA

Hours: 9: 00AM – 5: 00 PM 40 HR WK

Salary: $40,664 Per Year
