1Heart Caregiver Services corporate headquarter CEO Belina Calderon-Nernberg is proud to announce the Ribbon Cutting ceremony of 1Heart Las Vegas through its Managing Director Ferdie Vasquez with Guest of Honor Rozita Lee, Vice President for External Affairs of the Federation of Philippine American Chamber of Commerce for whole USA and 1Heart corporate officers Randolph Clarito, Director of Business and Franchise Development and Arnold Navarro, Senior Client Care Manager and Marketing Field Consultant from Los Angeles California.

The 1Heart Las Vegas grand opening, business blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony was well attended and appreciated by the local business community and officials, healthcare professionals, senior community and both FilAm Chamber of Commerce and Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce. Fil-Am Chamber Officers present are Ron Cabildo, Vice President for External Affairs, Colette Manauis, Vice President for Internal Affairs, Maria Henry -Secretary, Christie Garcia -Treasurer and Guest of Honor Rozita Lee, former White House Commissioner, Advisor to the President on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Rozita Lee and Ron Cabildo rendered a very inspiring message that aligns with 1Hearrt core values and mission to help support the senior and business community in Las Vegas.

1Heart Las Vegas is run and managed by managers with more than 40 years of combined corporate experience headed by Managing Director Ferdie Vasquez and Business Development Executive Glenn Pajarillo. The company is fully supported and assisted by local Nurses, senior facility key personnel and consultants that can help the company grow and expand reach to seniors within the area needing personal care services. Other special guests that graced the event are Ferdie’s father Engineer Maximino Vasquez, Tom Tagacay and Cesar Elpidio both consultants and former officers of Lion’s Club Las Vegas, Ferdie’s son Red Vasquez, Vilma Afante, Mary Ann from Transamerica and important guests that shared all their good wishes and congratulations to Ferdie Vasquez.

1Heart corporate headquarter, having operated the Los Angeles California office for more than 12 years initiated meetings and field visits in hospitals and senior living facilities to present the offering that 1Heart Las Vegas can provide in the community including the professional training and development of personal care assistants and certified nurse assistants in its in-house 1Heart Caregiver University. Director Randolph and Arnold Navarro conducted a planning session with Managing Director Ferdie to strategically put in place the process and the system that 1Heart can implement align with 1Heart CEO Belina’s vision for Las Vegas.

1Heart is looking forward to another opening of its next offices in Irvine California this September, Hermosa Beach 1Heart office and Dallas Texas by last quarter of this year. 1Heart franchise company projects to open 40 to 50 1Heart offices across USA and potential international locations in the next few years with the strong leadership of CEO Belina Calderon-Nernberg.

Belina Calderon-Nernberg is the CEO and founder of 1Heart Caregiver Services. Recently offering 1Heart franchise business opportunities to the public, Belina provided the vision, leadership, and direction that the company needed to achieve its goal of making a positive difference in the homecare industry. As her greatest accomplishment, the company is now equipped with the expertise to expand its business operations to different States in the U.S. Belina brings with her a corporate experience of 25 years, with 15 solid years of experience as CEO of an employment agency and a senior care service company in Southern California. Belina has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of St. La Salle, Philippines. She has been the recipient of several awards given to emerging leaders in business, community service, arts, and entertainment. She has also been honored as an Ambassador of Goodwill by the HiFi (Historic Filipinotown) Neighborhood Council. This title is bestowed to carefully selected Filipino-Americans who are persons of integrity who have the ability “to promote, reach out, influence and mobilize public interest and support of the ideals, values, principles, and programs of the Historic Filipinotown.
