1Heart Caregiver Services now opens its doors to the senior community of South Bay.
Last February 28, 2017, Joel and Susan Geffen hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony at their office in 2447 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 205, Hermosa Beach California.
Joel and Susan have been long-time advocates for the senior’s cause with Susan being an often-sought-after Elder Law Attorney and Gerontologist, and Joel owning a stroke prevention company since 1999. Since 2009, they both have been working together hand in hand to produce monthly informative seminars about senior care and elder care law to educate seniors and their adult children about how to prepare for the challenges of aging.
It has been Joel and Susan’s dream to be able to fully serve the senior community and this launch of their South Bay 1Heart Caregiver Services location.
“This somehow completes our dream to be able to serve the seniors of South Bay in the most ways possible. In behalf of Susan, I am very happy to announce that our location is officially open.” Says Joel.
Their ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by representatives from 1Heart Corporate Headquarters and the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce. Corporate staff was proud to support the opening of its newest 1Heart Franchisee.

Cheryl Kahnamoui of the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce (RBCC) also congratulates Joel and Susan and the whole 1Heart for their South Bay locations’ opening.
