1Heart’s Director of Business and Franchise Development Receives the Leadership Excellence Award

1Heart Caregiver Services’ Director of Business and Franchise Development, Randolph Clarito was recently awarded the prestigious Leadership Excellence Award in the 2nd Year of the TOP LA Awards held last October 8, 2016, at the ENVision Center in Van Nuys, California.

The event recognizes a select group of individuals that have shown excellence in different industries. TOP LA (The Outstanding Pilipinos in Los Angeles) honors include Lifetime, Outstanding & Youth Achievement, Leadership Excellence in Arts, Business, Entertainment, Culture, Community, Science and Technology, and TOP-LA Spotlight Awards.

Randolph is a co-founder of the 1Heart Caregiver University and the 1Heart Business Academy and has been pivotal to 1Heart’s success as a company and as a franchise. He has long committed himself to make sure that each member of the 1Heart Team develops and grows into successful individuals in their own right.
