1Heart Caregiver Services is always looking for professional, reliable and responsible caregivers to be part of our growing organization. At the same time, we are also encouraging promotion of new business. We are introducing a referral program that targets both.

Effective January 1, 2017, we are seeking referrals of both new clients and new home care aides (HCA) – caregivers, CNAs, and LVNs. The following is a breakdown of our recently developed referral program:

• If you refer a home care aide that is hired by us and works full-time 5 days a week for 3 months, you as the referrer will receive $200;
• If you refer a home care aide that is hired by us and works part-time on weekends, a total of 480 hours, you as the referrer will receive $200;
• If you refer a client that uses 1Heart Caregiver Services for 2 months with a minimum of 40 hours per week or 170 hours in a month., you will receive $300;
• If you refer a Client that uses 1Heart Caregiver Services for 2 months for 54 hours  per week or 250 hours in a month, you as the referrer will receive $500.
