Rhea Cruz-Magpantay, LVN
Rhea’s passion for caregiving spans both her personal & professional life. At a personal level, Rhea has been the primary caregiver to her son who was born with a congenital heart defect, and her dad who has battled a few rounds of cancer. Professionally, Rhea is a licensed nurse. She has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience working on various frontline and administrative functions. Rhea’s insight into the challenges associated with caregiving is the primary driver behind her desire to give back to the community. As the Managing Director of 1Heart Caregiver Services Pasadena, CA office, Rhea is positioned well to lead her team in delivering the best-in-class caregiver experience directly to clients and business partners in the San Gabriel Valley. As Managing Director, Rhea oversees the overall operations and care delivery strategy of 1Heart Caregiver Services throughout the San Gabriel Valley. In 2022, Caregiving.com recognized Rhea with the Caregiving Visionary Award. In her spare time, Rhea likes to travel, hike, and try out new restaurants.
Randy C. Cruz
Director of Operations
Randy Cruz is the Director of Operations for 1Heart Caregiver Services Pasadena, CA office. He brings with him over 15 years of progressive professional experience in account management and sales in the telecom, consumer goods, and general goods sectors. Randy has successfully collaborated with key stakeholders in firms based in Southeast Asia and the Greater Los Angeles region. He was able to identify practical and common-sense solutions to issues experienced by firms of all sizes — from small family-owned businesses to large multi-location enterprises. According to Randy, his customer-centric approach has been the cornerstone of his success; an attribute he plans to carry forward in his role with 1Heart. When not at work, Randy enjoys road trips and camping with his family.
Ann Marie Aquino-Cruz
Client Care Manager
As 1Heart Caregiver Services Pasadena, CA office Client Care Manager, Ann serves as the liaison between the client and the 1Heart team to ensure that the client’s non-clinical plan of care is executed well. Prior to joining the 1Heart team, Ann had over 15 years of customer service experience. She progressively grew her career from being an individual contributor to being a manager where she was able to mentor and coach team members through difficult and complicated customer issues. Ann’s welcoming and encouraging demeanor allows her to connect well with clients, and 1Heart’s frontline team well. Her genuine desire to help clients and their families identify the best solution and work through issues experienced is a welcome addition to the 1Heart Caregiver Services Pasadena, CA team. Ann loves to travel during her free time.
