1Heart is excited to announce that its Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Thousand Oaks locations received Home Care Pulse’s Provider of Choice award for 2022! Home Care Pulse grants the Provider of Choice award only to the best homecare organizations that provide superior-quality care.

To be considered for the Provider of Choice Award, organizations must:

• Be dedicated to listening to and incorporating client feedback to consistently maintain high standards of homecare that meet or exceed clients’ expectations.

• Maintain an Overall Satisfaction Score averaging 8.75 or above on a scale of 1 to 10.

• Conduct at least 12 independent client surveys during a period of six consecutive months.

1Heart’s Los Angeles and Thousand Oaks locations also received Home Care Pulse’s Employer of Choice award for 2022. Home Care Pulse awards this distinction to the best homecare employers that receive excellent feedback from caregivers. These surveys are conducted by Home Care Pulse.

The Employer of Choice distinction is awarded to top homecare agencies that consistently surpass industry standards for caregiver satisfaction.

To receive this award, organizations must:

• Commit to listening to and incorporating caregiver feedback to maintain and continually improve caregiver satisfaction ratings.

• Maintain an Overall Satisfaction rating averaging 8.75 on a scale from 1 to 10.

• Conduct at least 12 independent caregiver surveys in six consecutive months.
