Human Resources Specialist

Job Duties:
– Recruit and onboard employees, including completing all required hiring documentation;- Prepare and maintain employment records related to personnel actions, such as hiring, termination, leave, transfers, and promotions;- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations;- Collaborate with management in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;- Source and identify qualified job candidates using a variety of methods, including computer databases, networking, online recruiting platforms, media advertisements, job fairs, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals;- Assist management by providing information and training on interviewing practices, performance evaluations, employee counseling techniques, and proper documentation of performance-related issues; – Manage employee benefit administration including enrollment, changes, eligibility tracking, coordination with providers for health insurance, 401K, workers compensation, paid time off; – Review and assess recruitment and selection criteria to ensure compliance with professional, statistical, and testing standards, and recommend revisions when necessary;- Develop and deliver guidance and training materials to franchise owners on effective caregiver recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and retention practices, incorporating behavioral science principles, including motivation theory, to improve hiring decisions, reduce caregiver turnover and enhance employee engagement and service quality across franchise locations.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Communications, Behavioral Science, or related.

SALARY: $56,867.00 Per Year
