Training & Development Specialist

Job Duties:

– Responsible for the development and execution of training programs that improve employee and franchisee business performance, support organizational goals, and address employee/staff growth needs in a home-care service franchise environment; – Conduct needs analysis and review training requests from franchisees to identify business-development, service-quality, client-experience, and staff-performance training priorities; – Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, course materials, and franchise training resources addressing service standards, caregiver professionalism, client communication, scheduling/operations, complaint resolution, and quality assurance; – Assist in evaluating franchise training programs and recommend new or revised programs based on franchisee performance, client feedback, employee development needs, and operational service standards; – Review and research market trends, new legislation, industry practices, and service-delivery standards, and incorporate relevant findings into franchise training materials; – Practice program and project management; participate in training curriculum subsections, including technical, soft-skills, customer-service, leadership, compliance, and franchise operations training, and identify curriculum extensions; – Manage relationships with specialty consultants and direct vendors in the design, development and presentation of training programs and materials for the franchisees and their staff; – Consult with legal counsel in the development of training programs to ensure compliance with applicable home-care, labor, privacy/confidentiality, and franchise-related legislation and regulations; – Incorporate principles of hospitality management, service operations, customer/client relations, and quality-control standards into training programs for franchisees and caregiving staff.

 

Job Requirements:

 

REQUIREMENTS:            Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related.

SALARY:                              $43,077.00 Per Year
