2015 was a good year for 1Heart Caregiver Services as it develops into a well-known home care agency and into a bigger and better franchise. Among its achievements as an agency was the improvement on the efficacy of its marketing materials through a revamp of its print and online content and design, modernization of the company’s operations by incorporating a web based care management system, and hiring of key personnel. As a franchise, 1Heart has ramp up its growth towards the middle of the year as it has already expanded into 3 more franchise locations which are Beverly Hills, Simi Valley, and Orange County.

This year the company continues to build its plans for the future as it conceptualizes more ways to further achieve its goals.

The company is driven and focused to continue to be the first choice in In-Home care in the US. 1Heart’s mission is to provide quality in-home care through a client centered and service oriented approach one heart, one smile, one family at a time. One of the ways, the company has done this, is in its continuing involvement with the home care and senior communities.

“The industry may keep on evolving through the years but our mission has always been a constant. This is what has defined 1Heart though its more than 12 years of quality home care service. This is also primarily what kept the company strong even during hard times. We are aiming to participate and organize more events related to this for 2016 and in the coming years.” says Randy Clarito, Director of Business and Franchise Development.

The company also sees positive growth for the next five years and beyond. They are looking to see 1Heart as a well established agency and franchise growing into the next decade with its ongoing trainings, modernization, and expansion of franchise territories.

“The continuous training we provide to our employees is essential in keeping our business running smoothly. There will always be changes and a company needs to be able to adapt to those changes if they are to succeed without interruption. For example, the new home care law (AB1217) has significantly changed how home care agencies recruit and caregivers provide services in California. However, training our staff in compliance of the new law has made us a valuable resource to caregivers and families alike. We have also begun to implement new technologies into our operations. Greater utilization of the recently implemented home care system has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of all our franchisees. I’m excited to see the continuing growth of the 1Heart brand this year.” says Kevin Tagarao, Vice President for Operations.
