Job Duties:

– Oversee daily operations of franchisee to ensure standards in administration, purchasing, financial management, marketing, inventory, and customer service across all franchisees are consistent with the Franchisor’s; – Develop and implement staff policies and goals for franchise management and staff, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives and brand identity; – Monitor franchisee operations, including staffing, financial management, incident-reporting to improve efficiency; – Provide holistic support as needed by franchisees, including training in front-and-back office operations; – Continuously improve customer service by training and monitoring franchisee staff practices across all locations as necessary; – Ensure franchisee compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulations, including brand standards and quality control; – Monitor franchise sales and marketing activities to ensure they are aligned with the franchisor’s guidelines and maintain the brand’s image and goals; – Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and franchise activity data to evaluate productivity, goal attainment, and identify areas for improvement in terms of cost reduction, operations, and service; – Develop and implement marketing strategies for franchisees, including marketing and advertising campaigns and community engagement programs to grow the franchise and drive brand visibility; – Promote efficient communication and collaboration tools, guidelines, and protocols for franchise staff to best serve clients; – Enforce accurate customer and vendor digitized files across all franchise locations; – Monitor high safety standards across franchise locations all times

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:                2 years experience as an Operations Manager or related, OR Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or related.

SALARY:                             $69,368.00 Per Year
