Franchise Sales Manager

Job Duties:
– Handle all franchise-related correspondence and queries and make the necessary referrals to the appropriate handling officer/staff when necessary; – Organize and conduct webinars and other activities to promote brand awareness and the 1Heart Franchise offering to the public including publishing and issuing invites on the introduction of the 1Heart franchise and its concomitant business proposal; – Identify potential franchisees through contacts within the target communities by conducting continuous market research, and networking with lead sources, agencies, and groups in the business community; – Work with the Marketing Department to continuously create marketing and advertising campaigns that are in keeping with the business policies and objectives of the Company while upholding the reputation of the 1Heart brand; – Conceptualize and execute special promotions and events that would establish and intensify extensive and widespread brand awareness; – Work with the Accounting Department to ensure that all licenses, insurance certifications, and other requirements are submitted and current; – Follow up and prepare monthly reports required of the active franchisees; – Review and ensure compliance with 1Heart Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), policies, and brand standards; – Ensure documentary proof of business and financial capability is for management approval; – Conduct research on state regulations with regard to establishing the 1Heart business to help the Franchisees before they start business operations and ensure smooth sales transaction;
Job Requirements:
2 years experience as a Franchise Sales Manager, Sales Manager or related OR Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or related
Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00 PM 40 HR WK
Salary: $64002.00 Per Year
