Recruitment and Staffing Specialist
Job Duties:
-Source for Home Care Aide/Caregiver and CNA job candidates using online and offline
candidate sourcing channels (Indeed, Employee and Network Referrals, job fairs, etc.);
-Manage above-mentioned candidate sourcing channels: create and post job openings, grow
caregiver network, review and tap received applications, partner with local job agencies,
maintain a robust and active pipeline of potential hires;
– Pre-screen received applications: check for previous experience and/or potential for success, required
documentation/certification among others;
– Manage appointment setting for face-to-face or video interviews;
– Conduct Behavioral and Competency-Based Interviews to determine job and culture fit;
– Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding of identified candidates: collection of
pre-employment requirements, facilitating job offers, pre-job placement orientation;
– Real Time Workforce Management: deploy caregivers/CNAs to assignments based on profile and
schedule match, maintain constant communication with caregiver pool;
– Perform all back-end and administrative tasks: manage company Applicant and Employee Tracking System; upload
shifts in real time; ensure accuracy of information in real-time;
– Confer with management to
implement, improve and develop personnel policies or procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of foreign equivalent in Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Business or related plus 2 years experience as a Recruitment and Staffing specialist, Recruiter or related.

Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 40 HR WK
