Job Duties:

Meet with other departmental leaders to establish organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives; – Ensure compliance of requirements and processes, in accordance with California Health and Safety Code, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and designated licensing codes related to Home Care Services; – Prepare budgets in coordination with the accounting group, ensure expenses are within budget, and generate expense reports; – Prepare Staffing schedules and work assignments;- Populate and maintain records of patients and caregivers on the WellSky program;- Recommend, plan, and coordinate programs for health care facility clients;- Develop operational standards and procedures for the work unit or department

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Nursing, Health Administration or related

Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00 PM 40 HR WK

Salary: $75,317.00 Per Year
