Ruel Morales – Staff of the Month – Los Angeles

A positive and strong-minded individual that works well under pressure, Ruel Morales has pursued his dreams of success in health care on the field of Pharmaceuticals starting as a Medical Representative for Bristol-Myers Squibb in the Philippines. Within a few years, his hard work and initiative to progress was rewarded by being assigned as a Regional Sales Manager for his area. During his 25 year tenure with Bristol Myers Squibb, Ruel was responsible for increasing sales by 60% in his assigned territory. His success didn’t stop there.

In 2001 he migrated to the US in the hopes of landing a better opportunity. He wanted to start his own business and was determined to get into the home care industry. With the resources and wealth of experience he gathered through his years of work, he started a Home Care Agency that he operated successfully for 12 years.

Then after owning his small business, Ruel had to stop for awhile and assess his plans. He was now thinking corporate.

Ruel was impressed when he got to know about 1Heart through a colleague in the industry and he realized that it was a great opportunity for him. He saw 1Heart as a growing company that empowers its staff so he immediately grabbed the opportunity to join 1Heart instead of re-opening his business knowing that his goal of success would be aligned with the company’s goals.
